Anytime I go I have to wait 15-30min for something that should have took 5 min, never fails I also had a employee tell me they wanted to quit so it really shows how terrible this store is
Works don't acknowledge customers they will make you stand at the register and not say a word to you till they are ready. The least they could do is say we'll be right with you or something instead of just completely ignoring and acting like the customers isn't there

The worst pizza I have ever had. Pretzel crust meant a poisonous amount of salt dumped across the pizza. Inedible. Pan pizza is suppose to be deep dish thick with toppings... not here. Bare crust spots without sauce cheese or toppings. Sparse toppings on both pizza's. Very disappointing. The only reason I stopped in was to try the exclusive new Mango Rush... OVERPRICED at 3.99/can. Never again.

I eat from this location a few times a week and the customer service could use some help. Today my email said nothing about the food had been loaded into the food portal like it usually does with the code so I wanted in line. The guy kept making pizzas ignoring me in line so finally I spoke up and asked the guy for my pizza and he said rudely “you don’t know how to use the portal?” And I said the email said nothing about a portal sir! And then I asked if I could add brownies and man he bout wanted to slap me by the look in his eyes. Don’t forget guys the register also needs your help! There were like 5 ppl waiting and 2 guys making pizza ignoring the growing line

Pizza it's good is just very very poor of cleaningles the guys making pizzas wearing jewelry rings bracelets I sow the guy pouring the cheese in the pot then cheese was all on his wrist and watch he just removed from it and let it go in that container 🤮🤮...The cashier goes and star helping to spread the dough and she's wearing all these rings and her bracelet is touching everything on the pan,she's dealing with money.
Please,I hope these get better this is good food and I hope they take care this issue.

if i could put no stars i would, my cheesy bread was old and cold when i picked it up , i called the store multiple times and they kept picking up and hanging up. i will never eat from Little Ceasers ever again, i rather eat dominos
My pregnant wife insisted on going back to return the cheesy bread. She spoke to Manny the employee and Devin the Manager. They stated the food was soggy because i was late when in fact i was on time because the app told me to pick up 25 minutes after i ordered, the meal was hard and stale. Her experience was that they tried to give her an excuse when she was with me when i picked up the order and my place is no more than five minutes away. Granted they replaced the cheesy bread, and she thanked; Manny, right as she grabbed her order Manny made a slick comment, he stated that her tone was unprofessional, because she explained that the food was stale.
mind you I was on the phone the entire time listening to her return the food, not once was she disrespectful. She was very clear and direct with what the issue was as they continued to disrespect her and claim we were lying.
What i find unpleasant,unprofessional and disrespectful is The fact they dared speak to her as if the problem wasn’t the service, yes, she’s a pregnant woman, but that doesn’t give the the right to violate a paying customer, they must’ve thought they could speak to her in a reprimanded manner.
Good thing she asked for there names. Manny was too busy hugging his girlfriend while Devin was too busy cleaning at 930pm, when closing is at 11pm.
I’m irritated that they spoke down to a woman? i’m sure they don’t do that with male customers.
