Normally Iād give this place 5 stars but tonight just really upset me. Whoever this Rudy person they have working there needs some major retraining or training period. I walk in, two people are waiting and no service is being provided. They leave so I walk up to the counter with Rudy passing me about couple of time and not even acknowledging I was there for 4 minutes. Then walks up to the register, that Iām not even in front of, without a word, looks at me still without a āHelloā or a āHi, how may I take your orderā, NOTHING. I give him my order and tells me itāll be ten minutes (BTW, stop calling it HotānāReady Crazy Puffs. They have never been ready ONCE upon arrival). He does this same thing to three other customers as I wait, just this rude wordless stare when someone is ready to order. Food finally comes out and not even a āThanks for comingā or any type of goodbye, still this RUDE wordless BS this guy seems to think is how you provide customer service. His service and the situation SUCK because I actually like this location and Iād hate to see it decline.
Anytime I go I have to wait 15-30min for something that should have took 5 min, never fails I also had a employee tell me they wanted to quit so it really shows how terrible this store is

Works don't acknowledge customers they will make you stand at the register and not say a word to you till they are ready. The least they could do is say we'll be right with you or something instead of just completely ignoring and acting like the customers isn't there
