Lucy's Restaurant in El Paso is an excellent Mexican spot with fast service and delicious chips and salsa. The Sincronzidas and chicken enchiladas were tasty. The staff is social and the food, like carnitas and chicken tacos, is flavorful and high-quality. The service exceeds expectations, making it a great spot for families. Lucy's is a cool little dive bar with a dive bar ambience. The Tacos Antonia are the best ever. Machaca is good, not great. Menudo was good, a little watery. The salsa and chips were really good. Lucy's has a front section for eating and a bar section. It seems like a great place to grab some cheap drinks, hang out with friends and watch the game.
