We ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from here, and it was absolutely amazing! We shared a few inspiration pictures, and they truly went above and beyond both in design and execution. The top layer was vanilla and the bottom layer was cookies and cream…. both flavors were delicious. We had several guests asking where we ordered the cake from because it looked good and tasted even better. I would give zero stars to this place. About an hour ago I put a deposit down for a future cake. I no longer need said cake and called to cancel the order. They said they don’t do cancellations or refunds because they don’t want to pay the fee. All sales are final yet I did not walk out with a product or need their product any longer. It doesn’t say no refunds on deposits or anything ANYWHERE on the store, on their website, or on my receipt which I think is most important....read full review
