I’ve been a couple times now and they definitely hold the standard with the food. I used to go to one in Midland when I lived out there so I was excited when it came to El Paso. The service staff needs more training. Every time I’ve been it seems like the cashiers are brand new and struggling.
Food was good. Cashier was super nice but I feel bad for the workers. As I waited for my food, I hear the manager yelling "no red tickets guys!" Then proceeds to peek into the back area where I assume they're making the sandwiches through a door and tells them in a firm voice "there are way too many of you to have red tickets! Way too many!". Jesus... someone tell that lady to lighten up. I would hate to work for someone who scolds me publicly for the entire restaurant to hear....read full review

Everything was great except the heat. Apparently they still had the heater on and it was very hot inside. Another customer mentioned it as well. But I think they got it under control because by the time I left I noticed it was cooling off.
