Food was great. Service was acceptable. Atmosphere wasn’t bad. What slightly upset me was that my paid order number was on their counter. The manager dilly-dally’s around by paying attention to her phone and other things. She finally gives me my ice cream. I have worked at McDonald’s in London, England. It was huge !! Nobody, ( including managers ) were not allowed to be doing personal things on company time !!!! This goes for most companies.

If you need McDonald’s on the West Side, go here. Corporate rules and policies are upheld and as a result, the quality of food and service is superior to the other location off of I-10 next to Chic Fil A. I’ve only ever been through the drive-thru, so no idea how it is on the inside. Heard it can be dirty at times, which is probably worth noting that it is the people eating on the inside writing the reviews about the inside so maybe…help each other out and clean up after...

I have noticed that McDonald's is putting less ice cream and topping in the mcflurry...what is the deal with you guys. I pay 12.02 plus tip for you all to get the order right and filling the ice cream to the top. I will need to buy ice cream elsewhere. Disappointed in McDonald's.
