Haven't been here for a while and now I remember why. Soda fountain is broken. My dine in order was packed in a to go bag, and I had to yell to the back to get ketchup because they were busy watching a video on their phone.
For the last 3 weeks I have had the same problem when ordering on my cell phone, they give me the wrong order, they take too long and their employees are rude. they should do

Repeatedly on multiple different occasions I came up to the drive through and got refused service after saying I'm not ordering with the mobile app.I'm unsure if it's complacent management or encouraged by higher ups but this McDonald's is not reliably open later in the night and will outright go silent on the drive through speaker when you try to order.I've gone around to see if they where just busy and they reliably ask if I have the mobile app but refuse to respond if the answer is no. I'm not sure what image this is trying to promote for themselves. not to be a karen but, I mean c'mon, that's unprofessional :/

Took 8-15 min to be helped. Just yo find put no Breakfast happy meals. Not livin' it. Really?, is this not a kids establishment when did it become depressing and adult only. Wow it is not the McDonalds of my youth.
