Amazing experience. I have always loved Menchie's and that will never change. I came today on a rainy afternoon… best decision ever. Menchie's always has great flavors and fresh toppings. I’m also a big fan of their handcrafted cakes. This place has never failed me with amazing customer service as you’re always greeted with a welcoming smile as you enter. Overall Menchies has always been a 10/10 experience for me.
I've been coming to Menchie's for years, and it's always such a great experience. The customer service is amazing and the yogurt is so delicious. Arely has helped me out so much, she's so kind and really goes out of her way. Miguel, the man with the glasses, is also super helpful and always cheerful. He is always checking in on customers and making sure everyone's doing okay which is really appreciated. I honestly don't understand these recent negative...
Every time I go to Menchie’s. I have zero problems. The staff does not bother anyone. They just do their jobs. Every staff member there deserves to be appreciated. Advice to “Karen’s” that disagree just stay home.
