Got a poke bowl and all ingredients seemed to be old, the avocado was already black and the lettuce seemed to be getting black as well. Never going back again.

just wanted to highlight the cashier she was very kind, patient, and professional. She greeted me warmly and made the checkout process smooth. Really appreciated her positive attitude.

This is my favorite restaurant to order from, the food is always hot and delicious when it gets to me. The salmon is my favorite dish. I recently introduced it to my family and they love it just as much as I do. :) The cashier was extremely kind & helpful.

The girl that was making the good would just roll her eyes when I was ordering like if she was going to pay for the food. Then when my food was ready they just told me Hey here's your food but on a rude way that's the last time I going to that place

I usually go to the one in Lee Trevino (which never had an issue, love the food there)

Well first and last
At first the girl in front was not the nicest but anyone can have a bad day so we asked for our food.
We got our ordered wrong I asked for the spicy ramen and I got the spicy noodles
I told her, and she was fighting me that thats what I had ordered.
She never tried to make it right
The chef even said he could replace it and she told him I said no that I was fine with it
And I wasn't!!

Amazing Food, Great fast and friendly service, the gentleman/owner I believe with tats suggesting the Super Bowl with Veggies and Miso. It is definitely delicious and will be adding it to my favorite list. I've never had bad service here and I've been coming to this location for 10 plus years. Thanks Mirai Bowl for the years of consistency and Amazing food! 💕

I keep coming back because the food is genuinely good, but the service from the female cashier is consistently unpleasant. There’s never a greeting, no basic manners, and anytime I ask for something simple like an extra sauce it feels like I’m inconveniencing her.

On my last visit I ordered a salmon poke bowl and received tuna. Mistakes happen, so I went back to let them know. Instead of trying to help, she immediately got defensive and insisted that’s what I ordered. Thankfully the chef stepped in, handled it professionally, and fixed it right away.

If you don’t like dealing with customers, you shouldn’t be working the front counter. One person’s attitude shouldn’t consistently ruin the experience at an otherwise good restaurant. Management should really address this because it reflects poorly on the entire place.

Very disappointing. teriyaki was not like any teriyaki that I’ve ever eaten, didn’t have any flavor. And they gave very little rice with it. I’m sorry, but will not be a customer again.

I love Mirai Bowl the guy who's been the cook for while is awesome. Great customer service from him. But my god, that girl, her attitude is atrocious! I don't want to return because of her and mind you I've been going to Mirai for since 2010....I hope she gets it together because she is killing the business.

Grilled chicken yakisoba was very good , the chicken especially had a great charcoal flavor. Serving was huge as well

Chicken teriyaki lunch special. The chicken was crispy & the batter was thicker then displayed in the photo menu. But the teriyaki flavor was almost non existant - except for a bit of liquid that pooled under the rice that tasted vaguely of soy sauce.
