By far the worst place for “chinese” in El Paso. To start off I would like to express that waitress Melissa is miserable. Now I see why nobody returns to this place and is because of this lady. She has no manners at all and by looking at the other reviews I can tell she hates her life. The food was terrible I got an insect on mine and when I complained she said it was not her problem. This is a very uninviting establishment and I will to make sure to tell people to stay away from this place. No customer service and no good food, Panda Express is way more “authentic” AND CLEAN.

Very nice and professional staff, going above and beyond to make sure you get what you ordered. Been going since 2021, I do not go anywhere else for my Chinese food.Vegetarian options: Any sauce can be cooked with tofu to substitute the meat. Always cooked fresh.

“Horrible waitress Melissa”To the owner we are regular patrons of your establishment for years and happened to drop by your restaurant yesterday afternoon to enjoy one of your many lunch specials. Upon our arrival a young skinny girl by the name of Melissa with huge glasses had a nasty attitude which I had to immediately adjust!! Her approach with patrons was beyond embarrassing and disgusting and a poor representation for your restaurant. She also was talking to the kitchen staff talking about her interactions with customers loud enough for patrons to hear that I immediately asked if there was an issue!! She’s a total embarrassment one to herself and again your restaurant. Her immature behavior and lack of training is definitely unacceptable!!! Can you please reach out to me so that I can further discuss the interaction I had with this girl Melissa!!
