This place should fire that employee or else get sued because of that employee attitude disrespect customer who came to purchase. Why are you hired someone who is push your customers away? She was rude . She ware glasses and cutt her her.

Wow amazing delicious place. The girls here are very sweet and kind. The girl with the green hair deserves a raise, always has a positive attitude and has my order out fast!

*edit- after stopping by again today 10/24, I realized that I was not given the correct size parfait I ordered which explains the portion*
Waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged, when the girl finally came out she wasn’t friendly how the staff usually is. Even when I thanked her she seemed bothered and just turned away without saying a word. I’ve loved this place for years and always recommend it but between the experience and the portion size I was left disappointed with this visit.

The service was great the staff was helpful and the recommendation was spot on the shake was delicious

Came to the store @ 6:35PM THEY TOLD US THEY ARNT MAKING JUICES ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY ALREADY CLEANED THE MACHINES & NOT MAKING WAFFLES. (VERY RUDE) Supposedly, they close @ 7PM.
Not even an apology. Won’t come back again.

Amending my review after an unfortunate experience where the customer service was not as expected. The owner kindly reached out after an incident with the staff at this location. I had called with a suggestion for the staff and they responded negatively. While there are still issues that could be fixed, I appreciate the owner taking my suggestion into account. The quality of the food is good and I hope I can continue to enjoy this place in the future after they iron out the kinks in packaging/customer service.

First time here and it is fantastic......the staff were very helpful and patient as I had a ton of questions. The juice was fresh and very flavorful. Do yourself a favor and come try some natural love!!! You will not regret it and it is sooooo refreshing!!!!

As soon as you arrive, you will realize the positive atmosphere this place has. First off, it is a neat, simple place that serves some nutritious drinks and bowls located at a convenient place along Zaragoza and Tierre Este. When you arrive, you are greeted with a smile, and if you have any questions, the staff answers the best to their knowledge. Once the order is placed, the staff goes to the back to process the order. At first, this seemed weird, but then I realized it was to not interrupt or startle anyone with the sound of a blender, which further makes me appreciate the service and atmopshere. Now the product: they have drinks and bowls that are all rich in flavor with variety of customizations. I recommend coming by after a workout, for a snack, to study, or with a friend.
