Half my food was burnt, the box was ripped open before I received it, and my pepper was rotten and gross in the box. I enjoy papa johns but this was a no go for me.

Ordered a pizza that took over an hour and a half to arrive. Online support called after 35 min to say there was an issue and offered to coordinate with the store. They called back 5 min later to say it would be arriving in 30 min. 50 min later I decided to call the store and got an automated message saying they were behind and would call to let me know when the driver was out for the delivery. So I called customer support to which they said they couldn’t refund and to try calling the store. On my call to the store the pizza arrived which was a completely different total, very confusing. Pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and even had to reheat it on my own. Never getting papa johns again. 10/10 would NOT recommend, especially on a work trip while staying at an air bnb with no vehicle.

The staff dosent't wash their hands when making pizza. They don't wear any gloves and touch their cell phones and money in between making pizzas. Front clerk takes money them makes pizza after taking money from customers without washing hands or using gloves. Never coming back to this location.

This was a waste of money. The manager decided on her own to send a different kind of beverage and when I told her we didn’t like that beverage she said “the driver already left’. She didn’t offer a credit or try to do anything to make it better, didn’t even apologize. When the driver arrived, the food was cold. Definitely never ordering from here again, going to Speedy’s from now on!

I will NEVER NEVER buy anything from the place until they hire a different towing company.Hello everyone, after much thoughts I have decided to share what happened to me last night. I went to Tara Thai on Mesa street to drop of my daughter who was having dinner with her dad. I parked at the Papa Johns next door and I asked my daughter to walk inside Tara Thai. She said that she wanted me to walk with her to the front door and I did. Two minutes later I walk back to my car and there was a boot on my wheel… I never thought that in less than two minutes I would be getting a boot on my wheel and I just wanted to accompany my daughter inside ( since she’s only 11). I proceeded to talk to the man from a company called Security and Control Parking Enforcement and according to the documentation the office is located on Yandell. Many people were arguing with the people from the company and during my conversation with the man he told me I WAS WORTHLESS.I wished I had a man with me yesterday, though many of the people there called him out for his hurtful words. I paid $150 and my daughter will never know that walking her to the front door had a price… not just the $150 but I felt impotence and humiliated. What ever happened to men being gentleman? Why does the city allow companies to operate with employees who are a danger to the public? This same man was telling another client that she spoke broken English… I proceeded to tell him that it meant she spoke another language and that is a positive thing. I am not upset about the $150 because now I know that 2 minutes is long enough to get a boot… it is a learning experience after all. I am disgusted by the man’s behavior and a now have afeeling of worthlessness that has bothered me all day because I allowed him to disrespect me. I do have everything on camera and would love to find out what can be done about it. Insulting people can hurt someone’s mental health and calling someone names can hurt the self esteem. Companies need to better train the employees and be careful to who the hire to work with people. There are so many campaigns out there to help people with mental health issues and it is on our every day lives that we hurt each other the most.

Second time this establishment has refused to remake an order due to a delivery drivers mistake. No refund was provided, and the managers and staff are plain rude AF. If you really want pizza from here, be prepared to wait an insane amount of time in person, and especially do not order through any apps like Uber eats or DoorDash. Horrific service for very bland pizza. That’s what I get for wanting to ho the cheaper route. Order from Pizza Hut or literally anyone else. Bad management all around. They also hate their lives.

we ordered two pizzas from Papa Johns last night. We waited over 30 minutes for our order to be delivered. The driver finally knocked on our door and instead of handing my daughter our order he says "hi I'm here to pick up the pizzas". They delivered our order to the wrong house and we're trying to pick it up but went to our house instead. My husband called the store and asked if they had started making a new order for us. Nope. They we're going to pick them up and try to give us food that had already been at someones house for several minutes. Gross!!!!!! We used to order from them frequently but will never again!!!!
