I love the pizza here but when I called to place an order it seems like this phone call was taken in a call center somewhere not in the U.S. wish it was like before where you can place the order with someone that actually works in the place. So don’t feel sketchy because I did too.

I recently ordered a pizza and although it was correct, the entire pizza was delivered smashed into one single corner of the box. I was so tired and hungry I just accepted it and ate. After making a small remark in my satisfaction survey, I was happy to get a call directly from the store manager telling me that anyone in his store would retake the order again at no charge. I initially left a 1 star review because the prior two orders were not great. Prior to that, most of our pizza orders were really good. Well, I gave them another try a few days ago and it was pretty good. I'll try them one more time and if it is good again, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Changed from 1 star to 3 and then hopefully 5. Goes to show that some businesses do get it and improve the experience when they realize it.
