“Found this gem yesterday while looking for a break from all the Mexican food in El Paso. I'm glad we found it. I had the combo plate with a schnitzel and brat with potato salad, and a roll. The rolls her must be baked in heaven. They are flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. Everything was delicious. Be sure not to pass up desert. “Saturday morning, I've just returned home after being gone for work and felt like having some menudo. My wife suggested this place which is just around the corner from us so I went. There where a few people ahead of me and I didn't mind because the smell of fresh bread and pastries is so invigorating. So I placed my order for my menudo to go and 6 extra bolillos. Oh the bread had just finished being baked and it was delicious. I couldn't help myself to a lil piece in the car. Get home and both my wife and I enjoyed our yummy menudo and freshly baked bread and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious authentic Mexican sweet bread and food.“
“My husband ordered cupcakes last minute for my birthday to be delivered and they look beautiful. As a home baker, I am very picky with my frosting and icing. I don't want just sugar butter or for it to be so sweet it makes you nauseous. These were absolutely delicious. The frosting was perfect and I like that the cupcakes were filled slightly as well. “If you're looking for a unique yet excellent pastry shop, this is the place to try. I had heard many food things about this place and had to give it a whirl myself. The tripleta sandwich was very good and was complemented nicely with the dipping sauce that was served alongside it. As far as pastrys go, I tried the guava and cream cheese pastry. To say it was delectable is an understatement. A combination of sweet and savery that I will not soon forget. I will most definitely be returning in the future.“
