I’ve been buying meals from here for a little while now and haven’t had any issues with taste/quality. However recently, idk if there’s been changes in ingredients/cooking method, etc because I’ve gotten pretty sick from stomach from a few meals (specifically turkey bolognese & green chicken enchilada).

So I bought two meal preps on Monday I and ate one Tuesday 9/19/23 and it was good!! But today I was totally grossed out!! I got the keto turkey with cauliflower rice and most of the meat was raw I just couldn’t continue eating my lunch and was hungry!!! I just think they need to double check the meat!! Raw pieces I bit into and threw the whole carton away!!!!! Waste of money on that one?

Was looking for a healthy food prep place and found this place.Google says it closes at 6 pm. When I got to the store at 5:40 pm it had the open light sign on and the door was locked.Two people inside ignored me standing there.No worries. I just won’t go there ever again.

The young lady was really rude. This is my 2nd time here at the Zaragoza store. I asked her for some of the foods, and she would answer from behind the counter, instead of showing me where they were.. She needs in a class in "Being Respectful" and taking care of customers. Disappointing...

Unfortunately you all are the most unreliable business I have ever dealt with. If it’s not you giving my food by accident to someone else, you guys are always closed. Two times I’ve come to your business in hopes to get a a shake. Once you were completely closed because you were out of food, the other you just decided to close early. Your employee was mopping and she saw me pull on the door and still ignored me. It was 20 minutes before closing. I come rushing in hopes to get you all, instead you all close early.

Was going for months, but kept having food issues. They would apologize and sometimes compensate. Found a bone chip, piece of foil, and food portions weren't always consistent either. After losing or mis-placing my pre-paid order for the third time, that was it. Had to find a different meal prep business.

I am so frustrated with this place. They are always closed and never open when they are supposed to be. I have had to go to other places like a Abraketosis and ShowOffs for my meals.Honestly this place use to be my favorite but after all of this hassle not anymore. Time to move on to a more dedicated business.
