The food and service are GREAT. It's reasonably priced compared to other restaurants of this cuisine. It's a small dining room and gets crowded at times, so I still prefer the takeout experience or going outside of "regular" meal times. There is a little bit of a wait time, even if you're the only customer, because the food is made fresh-well worth the wait.
I usually love pho tre bien but this location is not great. The teenager who works at night is extremely rude. My husband and I came in at 8:15 (they close at 9) and I asked if we could eat here or if it had to be to go. The teenager (I can’t tell if it’s a boy or a girl, I’m assuming non binary) said “yes but we close at 9 so just remember that” like… that’s almost an entire hour… then while we were eating they proceeded to passively aggressively clean around...
I went here and had Pho Steak. It was cooked properly, and the atmosphere was good enough for a local pho restaurant.There wasn't anything wrong with the service. However, they have a lot to improve in general.But over all a great place to go.
