Not as flavorful as pies made in the West side location. Pizza crust tasted "stale." Service was polite but not friendly. Salad was adequate but lettuce was red-tinged.

SLOW SERVICE on a Saturday afternoon, really.The staff was nice but, they mixed my order, there is only 2 kids, no name tags, the dinning area was dirty. The one making the pizza didn't know the the "classics" and was going back to see the ingredients.Order ahead. Is awful.

Ordered delivery through Uber eats. Ordered jalapeño cheese bread and they forgot the jalapeño. Ordered the Alfredo chicken pizza and half the toppings were missing. The calzone looked anorexic and tasted bland. This was the worst pizza/Italian food I've had in years. 0/10 would not recommend to someone starving. What a waste of money. Oh but they included a note saying they didn't have spinach and mushrooms for my pizza along side a cookie which I'm assuming is my consolation prize.

Staff can’t even bother to answer the phone, have tried ordering under 3 separate occasions yet every order “goes missing” terrible location

Just wanted to make clear that the staff was very friendly and helpful, since it was our first time eating here, they explained everything we asked. However the service was really slow, only two people on Sunday, they didn't have enough ingredients for the pizzas we wanted, and there wasn't any lemonade, and some sodas. I thing the company has to put more effort in their staff and the restaurant overall. Make sure your people has everything they need to make their work right. Again I don't blame the staff, but I do thing is about the management and the owners; maybe when I see more staff and a complete ingredient bar, I will come back.

It's always the same takes so long I was there for 45 min I decided to leave without pizza. You should have better efficient employees. They are young and irresponsible. Terrible service.

Some of the better pizza here in El Paso, as far as the employees... let's just say they're nice, but they asked for my name then I was waiting by the drinks. Then they walked right past me and never called it out and handed the pizzas to my wife (even though i paid). Sorry I found all that weird, but the pizza is good and far better than Pizza Joint.

It seems like all the employees were new and are still learning this to make a pizza. Pizza was a bit too burned from the bottom for me. There are not enough toppings when added.

My food was burnt 3 times I waited an hour just to get my food that in the end I couldn’t consume and then got my money back. The girl servicing me used the excuse that their oven was “dirty” no one seemed to care in there. Very terrible customer

We really enjoy the pizza here. My only complaint is they seem to always be short staffed and have 2 people trying to do everything at once so you get stuck waiting awhile.

I’m a regular customer here to this location never had this issue before, waited 30min to get my pizza never got it, I ask for my order the employee was lost he gave my order to another customer totally understand this situation, I ask for a refund I couldn’t wait for another 30min (never waited this long before) the manager called “Freddy” never had a single concern about this situation never apologized or said something, I just ask if I can get a ticket with my receipt the amount that I payed and he said he can’t do anything about it, and that I can’t get a receipt with my amount that I payed because of the system, he just said that they are short on staff and just putting excuses like he’s running two stores super unprofessional when I never ask for an explanation I just told the “manager” for not being attentive to customers and not even trying to resolve a situation that a manager has to deal with it. I hope this is seen from the owner and try to give at least best customer service in a manner to have someone that would help customers in a situation like this.

Thankfully I asked before ordering, their "vegan" pizza is made with milk. Don't advertise it as vegan, people may eat vegan because they have severe allergies, I being one of them. If I had eaten the "vegan" crust I'd be in the hospital. Confirmed by the nice man who took the time to look for me. Get a salad. Vegan cheese doesn't make it a vegan pizza.
