I’m really disappointed with Pizza Hut. Charging $1 for drink refills? That’s ridiculous, are you that broke??? Also $1 for ranch dip??? McDonald’s has them for free or .25. Feel sorry for Pizza Hut.

I can tell they’re working these employees way too hard. There are ALWAYS delays when you order pizza for pickup here. If anything, I feel bad for them. Management and the company need to do better. Poor working conditions for these employees, honestly.

Your manager Jose is rude and has a bad attitude honestly. Horrible customer service. I also Asked if I could have my wings “re tossed” cause they came with no sauce on them at all. Doesn’t care about the product being put out and if it’s even being done correctly by kitchen staff.
I asked for a refund on the wings since he said he was gonna charge me to toss them in sauce again. And he refused to give me a refund. So I purchased an item that didn’t meet a good quality and was refused a refund when I checked the quality of the food. I felt robbed to be honest. Hopefully no one else has to deal with this issue.

Literally pregnant ordered it 40 minutes ahead of time got there wasn’t done. They didn’t add extra cheese that I payed for and have to wait a total of an hour for pizza I ordered on the app before hand. Oh and He tried to put the cheese on with no gloves until I reminded him… will not be coming back here for the rest of our El Paso time.

I ordered the bundle with the stuffed crust pizza and boneless wings with ranch. I am a senior citizen. Went to pick up the order got home no ranch. I called Pizza hut. The guy I talked to was very rude. Said I could come back for my ranch. I told him it's was their mess up and they should bring it to me but since it was a carry out I'm screwed. Horrible customer service. I'll never order from here again and I suggest nobody else does.

Regular monthly customer. Order on App. 2 large pizzas and 18 Traditional wings. 35 minutes later I get a call from store that the pizzas are ready but I won’t be getting the wings because they are out. I asked why they called after pizzas were made to tell me after the pizzas were made. This really seemed stupid. Ended talking to Manager Jonathon but he seemed like he didn’t care. This store always has a problem one way or another. Is anyone at Pizza Hut reading these reviews?

Not sure if it’s who makes the pizza or what but the stuffed crust pizza was terrible. There’s a very few times where it’s dark brown, fluffy and toasted but then times where it’s just undercooked yellow buttered thin crust. Guess you have to ask prior to ordering to see which you’ll get. Dine in isn’t great either you would think being the only people dining in that you would be at least offered a refill.
