I don’t know why in every branch of pizza hut in El Paso Tx they only put a single guy as an order taker on the front counter and as a waiter. It doesn’t seems any fair just for one person to do all the job. I think that an extra hands would be so helpful.Also when I order online for pick up they never have my order ready even though I order it with time of anticipation. I don’t like the service. Sorry

I went in to the location on 3/28/24, we went in & they did take a little while to get to us but it is understandable since they were busy with a few online orders. My concern is that on the tip, I tipped a little over 15% which is pretty fair because we didn’t spend a lot. However they seemed to change the tip amount & when I called to get it fixed “it was an honest mistake” because my 5 looked like a 15 on the slip? Not sure how because the pen worked perfectly fine. I’m only writing this because I’ve been a server before & I’ve worked with some people who never get in trouble for things of this nature. But at least if you do catch it, they refund you. But to be on the safe side we will no longer be visiting this location.

We walked in yesterday evening around 7:45 pm. As soon as we walked in an employee was sitting at a table with his head on the table , looked like he was sleeping. Another employee was towards the back of the restaurant on the phone. We walked up to the counter and no one in sight. We decided to leave and as were walking OUT OF THE RESTAURANT the sleeping employee asked if we need HELP!! Really after he wakes up from a nap he’s gonna ask if we need help?! My husband responded: No that’s okay we don’t want to ruin your nap. If your camera’s are working you can verify what I’m saying is 100% the truth. Horrible service.

Called to fix a mistake and the manager was kinda rude for no reason and then just randomly hung up on me. Didn’t even let me know if I’m getting a refund or not?..super unprofessional. If possible I would still like my refund for a pizza I didn’t even touch or eat.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni but unfortunately I took the first bite and it had a hair. I called, spoke to manager and she gave me a medium no extra pepperoni and some cinabons. Unfortunately the bons had a hair, called twice nobody answered so I decided to go in. The manager didn't really say much so I asked for a refund, she said she couldn't do it that I had to call the morning manager. I called the morning manager told her the problem and it turns out they don't do refunds only store credit. She is asking for me to take the food back and get store credit, which I don't understand why the night manager didn't tell me that when I was there. Management does not know how to deal with customer service, especially knowing this is a health issue. I guess they don't need my business.
I've never had such a flat pizza crust from pizza hut. It reminds me of little casears but was way more expensive of course. The pasta is pretty good though.

Never had problems with their pizza but today they really disappointed us we placed an order over an hour ago we’re probably 4-5 blocks from them we tried calling to see what wa going on no answer no one picks up the phone so how are you supposed to place orders it’s 10/22/23 is there a holiday or something I’m unaware of and the reason why no answer no pizza no nothing!!!!

Place is dirty, when i asked for a rag so i can clean my table...the manager had a stinky attitude about it...she also seemed annoyed the whole time while takeing my order...horrible

Went to the Pizza Hut located at 3545 N. Yarbrough Dr. yesterday. We ordered through the app. We ordered the two medium one topping pizzas. Both of our pizzas were terrible. They were burnt, dry, hard, hardly any cheese, burnt and old tasting pepperoni, hard to chew and tasted old. Seems like they were the some of the last pizzas that were left out, the ones nobody took. Last time I order from Pizza Hut. This particular location is always dead, never any cars no matter what time you go. Now I know why. Burnt, old, nasty tasting pizzas. Shame. They used to be really good, among the best. Such a disappointment. I wanted to get a quick meal for dinner for me and my daughters but I was just embarrassed.
