I normally don't do this but really felt compelled to this time . Not just for my sake but for the management team there and fir other customers and overall needed improvement. I must say the place itself is definitely a beautiful ambiance ,very nicely done . Surprised me that there weren't many guess sitting like in others. When I ordered my food I found out exactly why. 1st off I literally waited over 5o minutes ( giving the benefit of the doubt- may have been over an hour)...read full review
Pizza was delish. Employees were nice when we picked up our order BUT they still use a call service to take over the phone orders! So outdated and unnecessary. Took forever to place an order

Called to fix a mistake and the manager was kinda rude for no reason and then just randomly hung up on me. Didn’t even let me know if I’m getting a refund or not?..super unprofessional. If possible I would still like my refund for a pizza I didn’t even touch or eat.
