Very slow. I waited 45 minutes. The atmosphere would have been 3-Stars except for the 10-15 people standing in the dining room waiting on their pizza. They said they had a new system. I'll give them one more chance. The pizza was good.

$50 and a tip for two undercooked wet doughy pizzas. Both were doughy, wet and undercooked. I even put them in the oven when I got home. For 15 minutes because they were undercooked. They crisped up but under the sauce and toppings was still raw dough. There's a reason so many pizza huts closed. Good luck restoring Pizza Hut to its former glory when you serve pizzas with raw dough??♂️I'll order from speedys next time

I ordered a pizza and wings on 12/10 and never received my order. The manager insisted that it was delivered to me. It was delivered to the wrong house and they kept my order. He sent someone else to deliver my order, and again they handed it to the wrong person, wrong house. I never received my order and now I'm calling the corporate office just to get a refund. I called the manager and he gave me the number of another manager, which was supposed to call me back on 12/11 and I left him a message. I have yet to hear from the manager and get a refund for an order I did not receive.

Order a big box on the app, one pizza with half pepperoni on one side and cheese on the other side, and a full pork topping pizza but when I got to the store and has them inspect it, wasn't right. The app didn't communicate effectively with the store, so my order was incorrect, and the gentleman at the window didn't offer to remake, so I had to settle for the incorrect order. This needed to be specific for my granddaughters.

I order delivery quite often and let me say.... FIONA is the real MVP!!! I ALWAYS put "leave at door" on my orders, but she is the only one who has ever called me. She called to tell me that the order was outside because she said it was about 50° outside and did NOT want my food to get cold. BIG THANK YOU TO FIONA! Because of her we ate our pizza hot and fresh ?

This was the first time that I have ordered Pizza Hut delivery and it will be my last!!! It took 2 hours for me to get my order, when it arrived it wasn't hot at all!!!.When I signed my receipt the driver made me feel VERY uncomfortable asking for a tip. Is this normal practice for this fast food chain?? WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!If I could I would not give them any stars as they do not deserve them!!!!
Don't bother going to this Pizza Hut! They make you wait almost an hour to even tell you that the order isn't even in the oven yet! Originally the ETA was 35 mins and then 20mins! When I went to go back again the order wasn't even in the oven!!! Never going back! I rather get from another location!

Ordered twice in a roll and the pan pizza wasn’t cooked inside. The dough was so runny nothing stayed on the thin cooked layer bottom. When I called I felt cut off and was rushed. Pizzas expensive
