I wanted to give a quick shout out to the shift manager Damien. The store faced a power outage this afternoon and caused a delay in orders. As customers began to lose their patience, Damien remained calm, and handled angry customers way better than most would have. He was efficient in getting orders out and kept a kind attitude throughout the hour that we were there waiting. Every time I go in I get the best service.
I ordered one hour in advance and still had to wait 30 mins to get my order. I guess the uber orders have a priority cause all their orders were ready as soon as they arrived.
