Ordered online. The avocado (which costs extra)was spoiled and black. The protein portions, regardless of what they were in three different bowls, were jokingly small and did not taste fresh. Waste of money, never again.

Awful servings are tiny and they never have anything in stock. Lady who helped us today looked like she was upset and was not helpful. $30 for a bowl that was practically empty is crazy. Never again I won’t even recommend this place to anyone.

I order on Uber Eats. I got the two scoop bow. The flavors are great and the tuna and salmon are fresh, but the bowl was mostly rice and the rice was so undercooked it was just as crunchy as the fried onions I had on the bowl. I'm going with another restaurant option on the future

As I write this, I am still nauseous from having eaten here the day before. I have been to many Poké places and the plain sushi should be exactly that - plain. This place covers theirs in copious amounts of pepper for some reason. Then and there, I should have walked out but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I usually have a very minimalistic bowl, and ask for extra seaweed salad wherever I go. This place barely even gave a tiny pinch, and when I did ask for a third scoop (mind you the first two were so unbelievably small), AFTER the employee put it in my bowl, he said "that will be an extra charge". Every establishment I have been to, they usually tell you before they serve you the extra serving - again, I should have left here. But I stayed again for some reason. I got no extra toppings, no dry ingredients, no sauces - and STILL was charged an extra dollar for the tiny pinch of seaweed salad. The excess pepper is horrible on sushi, fyi, this should be an option in the dry ingredients portion, not prepared beforehand. Not to mention the nausea and upset stomach I currently have from what I assume is old fish. The rice was very dry and hard and apparently not the usual amount given because the guy asked me if it was enough since he was scraping the bottom of the pan. This was a very disappointing, nauseating, and expensive experience. Thankfully there are many other Poké options in town, and I strongly recommend you try another place.

i love me some sushi burritos, but i'm very disappointed. the was barely any rice and the employees didn't really seem to know what the "pokorrito" is. it's on their menu

They ran out of silverware and napkins so not ideal for dine in which is what we did. But the food was good.

I've gone twice both times I had to repeat at least 5 times what bowl I wanted and they were still made incorrectly even when the guy was reading instructions off a paper, bad customer service takes a while to be acknowledged and the guy isn't very friendly. Second time I went my "bowl" was made in a small meal prep container cutting the serving size down and barley any protein given. Will not be going back or recommending.

I got home with my order off bowls and had to take them back because the amount of chicken that was put on was the same amount my 2 yr old snacks on. You're better off making this meal at home. He did add 3 more scoops to the 2 I already ordered tho.
came here for dinner and ordered a pick your poke with the spicy salmon. the tall guerita girl was so nice and she didn’t have an attitude like most places. she seemed very genuine and happy to be working. there is no one that compares to this place when it comes to customer satisfaction. i will definitely come back here.

Came here and the girls were so nice! It was my first experience trying poke and they explained to me how it works and made some great recommendations. I felt they genuinely wanted to me to have a good experience at their restaurant and I definitely did!!!

Just ordered food. They didn’t confirm my order. They ignored my calls and google website said they are open. My partner had to go to the store and tell them and the staff were in shock that we went had nothing to say. No one was not even there for them to ignore us. Bad service do better next time or just close…. One more thing they leave food out and it’s probably spoiled and they still serve you. Please be more clean and responsible…

Okay I love this place. BUT they really need fresh ingredients. Mostly the protein is what needs to be either stored correctly or prepared daily. I asked the worker when the salmon was prepared and he truthfully told me yesterday. That salmon is sitting there all day. It made my stomach upset the next day.Me and my family love the place but if the meet doesn’t sell then throw it away! Or check if it’s gone bad.

Great place to eat, totally recommend if ur trying to start a good diet , i recommend asking for unique, she is friendly and if you ask for a recommendation she will give you delicious choices, i rate this place 10/10.
