Ordered two poke bowls online 20 minutes before going into the restaurant, then I had to wait almost 20 minutes inside. They skip online orders to attend in person clients, so they don’t do your order until after you arrive and you have to complain or ask about your order. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERIVE FOR ONLINE ORDERS, go to poke3 instead!

Poorly managed - don't come here during lunch rush or you're looking at an hour plus of wait time. That's with me placing my order an hour ahead of time. The food itself is halfway decent, but a lot of it is probably going to be unavailable because again, poorly managed and inefficient.

I love this Pokeworks location. It is always clean, has the ingredients in stock and has great service (unlike the west side Mesa location, which is dirty, out of stock of several ingredients consistently, and service is meh). Our family of 5 went for lunch and my 86-year old mother-in-law was with us. She had never been and was taking forever to decide which proteins and toppings she wanted. I tried to help her and rush her along because there were people behind us. The employee, Hector, was so patient, sweet and kind. Everything was delicious. When we were eating at the table, Hector came by and asked if everything was to our liking. Then he said, “Please don’t feel rushed. We are here to serve you!” I was so touched by his service. He is a gem and you are lucky to have him as an employee!

I placed an online order through the poke works website and did not receive it. I contacted their service team and spoke to a lady who told me that they would reach out to the restraunt to get me the refund . I waited a couple days no update so I contacted again and the same customer service lady told me it was the first time I had emailed with her… so that means she didn’t reach out to the establishment since she forgot we spoke.. so I messaged her back with the emails attached and she let me know it was the first time she received that and she would reach out to the restraunt and update me. I waited days and nothing. I called the store and nobody ever answers the phone. I spent $43 and nobody has been held accountable or solutions have been offered. I would not recommend ordering online go in to the restaurant so if something isn’t right they can help you out there. If something goes wrong you won’t be helped.
Sidenote: if you place an order through the establishments website the restraunt has to be the one to make it right. DoorDash can only help with orders placed under their app . Doordash was the one that informed me of this when I attempted to see if they could help me with the issue.

I’m usually not the type to write reviews but I had the sweetest lady take my order today. Her name is Virginia, she was always double checking my order with me and gave me suggestions when I didn’t know what else to add. Super sweet lady 😊
