This place is the definition of hit and miss. The current bowl I am eating has rice that is so hard idk if a camel could even chew it. Avocado needs at least a few more days to ripen and they were out of Kale. Like why even open up shop when you cannot serve edible food? Total waste of money and this place is NOT cheap. Never eating here ever again.

The guy with the glasses and hair in a pony tail is very rude. Careful with the way you speak in front of customers because your language also influences their overall experience. Entonces mejor no digas que “si ahuevo queremos el pollo”. Te oíste muy sangron.
I’ve really enjoyed some of the create your own meals. I would’ve given a 5 star rating if the serving sizes weren’t a small scoop. I understand that it’s supposed to be a healthy version of dining however the scoop used to serve salmon, tuna, “protein” options seem to be smaller than it actually should be… Nevertheless the rest of the options as far as toppings is fantastic as well as options for sauce. I LOVE that I can request to have my protein flame cooked!!! This is a fantastic option to have if you have a sensitive stomach! I’ve also experienced phenomenal customer service here!

I ordered my food online and had a pickup time of 12:43. I arrived and stood by the counter for 15 minutes before I got someone’s attention to check on my order. They had never made it and finally started working on it then. I was then advised I would have to wait for white rice if I wanted it. I won’t be coming back here again.
