I did report the ridiculous situation to Popeyes...he needs to be reprimanded...and get some serious customer service training.Vegetarian options: Can't really say we left without eating...got our money back.

I got the big box which came with 2 sides and a biscuit. I asked for 2 red beans and rice and when I got home, I had no biscuit and 1 red beans and mash potato.Usually an easy fix, I called so I could go get what I wanted. The biscuit and a red bean and rice. The manager got on the phone to argue with me that she got my order right. Bad management loses business. Is it hard to fix it?? Obviously yes.

We have bought several times from this location but today we are very disappointed the chicken was pink and the beans had a weird taste like if they were going bad also the manager when I called to let her know she was super rude and refused to give me her name now I have an upset stomach ?

The tenders in this place are really delicious. I recommend them. The breading is super cronchy and with a very delicious spicy flavor. I ordered the Buffalo sauce, sweet honey sauce and the ranch, all delicious. The biskets are also freshly prepared and delicious. I hardly eat chicken and believe me. I'll be back for more this week, I must also tell you that the mashed potatoes are super creamy, very delicious, really, if you're around PSP TX or anywhere in the United States and see a Popeyes, come in and eat, you'll like it, it's super good.Parking: Well, it's very spacious around the place.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and also places for the disabled at the tables

Don't recommend ordering pick-up mobile orders. They had me wait 20 additional minutes prior to pre-ordering online and the mobile app stated the order was ready but employees stated it wasn't ready and had me wait in 2 different areas before getting my order. They also got my whole order wrong. One of my orders had buffalo and ranch sauce open and tossed inside. When called to speak to manager “Kevin” he refused to apologize and said if it was him he'd still eat it despite being unsanitary and continued to state that he'd eat it regardless because it was paid for. He didn't want to refund me for all 3 orders but insisted he'd only fix the one with the open sauce packets. He also tried to excuse the fact that these were night orders as if there was a difference between ordering during the day shift and if night shift orders were less worthy. He also kept arguing that I was arguing with him about the fact that open containers in my food were unsanitary despite I was just stating this was a food code regulation being broken. He also handled the call very unprofessionally.

Popeye's Chicken is one of those places that has a reputation of treating customers like garbage. Sadly, I have been to many stores where this is the case. I'm very happy to say that for my family's experience at this Popeyes, that was not the case. A young man named Daniel took our order and was incredibly patient as my three kids bickered over what it is they wanted to have. Keep calmly patiently and most of all respectfully answered all questions and gave incredible service. This Popeyes is actually out of the way for me and my family and we just happen to be near it due to shopping needs. However, after Daniel's service, I would happily take my family back there at any time.
