Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its delicious fried chicken. The tenders are a standout, with a crunchy breading and a tasty spicy flavor. Customers can also enjoy a variety of sauces, including buffalo, sweet honey, and ranch, all of which are described as delicious. The biscuits are freshly prepared and equally enjoyable, while the mashed potatoes are creamy and satisfying. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and designated seating for disabled customers.
Customers have recently enjoyed the new wraps, which are described as "basically the sandwich in a wrap form." However, the boneless wings, specifically the original hot variety, were not as well-received, with one customer stating they "will not be ordering those again." The customer service has also been a point of concern, with one customer describing a "horrible" experience, including a lack of greeting, poor attitude from the staff, and issues with the order packaging.
Despite these concerns, the overall food quality remains high, with customers praising the taste of the ghost pepper wings and mashed potatoes. While one customer felt they were "shorted on the gravy," they still considered the food to be good, with the only real issue being a preference for the wings to be cooked a little longer.
