I was referred to try Rafa’s Burritos by a friend who grew up in ELP but I likely wont come to this one again. They had the lobby closed for Covid still and had a drive thru but the drive had no sign or speaker so I ended up calling to check if they were really open. They yes but to come thru the drive thru ??♀️ so you end up having to go to the window, place your order there (ask for a menu if you dont know what they serve), pay, wait for them to cook it, then receive...
