This subway is the absolute worst! They are so slow. There has been numerous times that ive gone during the hours they should be open and the doors are locked. Even if they see you standing outside, they wont open it. The hours online dont match the hours on the door. The customer service sucks. Worst Subway in the northeast.

I keep going back to this Subway because it’s the closest one to where I stay hoping they’ll finally get my order right or that it will be at least some what decent. If their not completely screwing up my order, their giving me stale bread to the point where my jaw hurts from trying to eat my sub. Tonight, my sub consisted of more bread than it did meat, cheese, & veggies. The veggies that were on it were very wimpy looking. They didn’t even manage to put sauce all over the sub. I get that it was late, but your store clearly states when it closes. Maybe change your hours around instead of having the mindset that just because your closing in an hour, you can just choose not to do a good job anymore. I have worked for Subway a few years ago in an out of state location, and this type of work ethic would have never been tolerated in the store I was working at. No matter what time of day it is you should still be giving out fresh bread and veggies.

Decide if you’re going to keep your lobby open or not, or hire the appropriate number of employees to keep both open. The drivethru can’t handle more than 2 vehicles at one time, and service takes 5-20 minutes. Every subway in the northeast is just a struggle to get food at unless you have 45 minutes to spend waiting.
