It was the worst burger patty, don't remember the last bad burger. I've should of just gone to McDonald's. Salt and pepper did not help, cardboard like. Waste of money. I'm in search for the best Burger, this ain't it and I don't recommend, Dodge this place. Toro Burger, so far is The Best.

Went for lunch on a weekday with co-workers. Not a lot of people and open seating. Ordered the border burger and comes with fries. Paid $20 after taxes and before tip and I ordered a water. The burger looks great but the taste was just Okay, definitely not worth $20. My coworkers said the same thing about their order how it wasn't bad, but it was overpriced. I would have added another star, but days later checking my bank account I noticed they added an extra dollar to the tip. I keep a copy of all my receipts as well as pictures and there is no way my handwriting could have been accidentally read incorrectly twice (the tip amount & total). I'm not gonna call and make a big deal over a dollar, but this is just a heads up for anyone eating here.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. this place was such a disappointment considering some of the reviews. we went as fast as to sit at the bar to get service and no service was to be given. we literally would not speak to anyone for 10 minutes at a time. the food came out cold and soggy and only had the opportunity to have 2 beers cause the bartender wouldn't stay behind the bar. he was to busy cutting up with who knows. not a place to spend your time or money

My wife's burger was served raw except the outside edges,her fries was served cold. And mine I'm sure the cook doesn't know medium rare it's under cooked

There was homeless people all over the street and when i got past that, there was a couple of flaming drag queens when i walked in that looked me up and down with a dirty look on their faces. Not my scene and not a comfortable place for dinner. Didn’t expect a burger bar to end up being a gay bar.

The burgers and fries are amazing and you can tell it's what they put there heart in to. We loved the meat and the spices they used and the buns. I could not put the burger down. We ordered some Mac and cheese that was not worth the price for the flavor. It was bland and lacked flavor. But that burger made up for the disappointment of the Mac and cheese.
Kid-friendliness: There is booths and tables to accommodate families with kids but not to many.

.The burger that I ordered is supposed to come with bbq but I’m not a fan of it, so I ordered it on the side and they slapped it on anyway. Not a fan of them not giving it to me how I wanted it. Mac and cheese was bomb though.

I ordered the border burger. I'm a big eater, so I probably could have eaten two of them (not the biggest burger). Overall, the food was tasty enough to warrant a revisit. The host was very attentive and engaging. I'll be back.
Service was slow and chaotic. food took very long to come out. When it did, it came out in long pauses between dishes. They forgot to put in our appetizer, so it came out after dinner. Drinks were not refilled at all. The kids tenders were charred. we had to ask them to give us something else for the kids because the food was inedible. But I will say that the server had a great attitude and I think he had way too many tables to be effective. I won't be going back just based on how much of my time was sunk in waiting around for service and how just ok the food was.

I visited this restaurant for lunch with a group of coworkers (8 people total) and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, things seemed promising as we were seated and attended to promptly. However, the issues began after we placed our orders.
We waited over 40 minutes before the first third of our group received their food. Another 8-12 minutes passed before the next set of meals arrived, and the final orders weren’t served until nearly an hour after we ordered. This staggered service meant that some of us were left awkwardly watching others eat while waiting for our food. A lunch gathering turned into an unnecessarily drawn-out ordeal.
When my Hawaiian burger finally arrived, it was evident it had been rushed. The patty was completely unseasoned—no salt or pepper—and the ham was just two thin, store-bought slices. The buns tasted stale and carried an unpleasant, slightly rancid grill flavor. I could only stomach half of it, and it wasn’t worth the $16 price.
The experience went from bad to worse when it came time to pay. I attempted to settle my bill with a $100 bill, but the general manager, Alex, refused to accept it, claiming they only take large bills for checks over $50. When I asked where this policy was posted, he condescendingly stated, “It’s common knowledge.” His dismissive tone and lack of professionalism were offensive and uncalled for. There were countless ways he could have handled the situation more courteously.
I asked to speak with a manager, only to find out Alex himself was the general manager. He only offered a half-hearted apology when he realized I was planning to leave a review. His insincere attitude made the apology meaningless.
This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, both in terms of food quality and service. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional dining experience.

Greetings y'all. I stopped by this restaurant to check it out. The service was good and the food was good but some of it was on the cool side. My server Jhan was attentive and polite. I ordered the "Rolling Stone" burger without lettuce, tomatoes, or onions. It comes with mushrooms and a sauce. The mushrooms were cool, maybe due to taking a minute to get t the table. They had a large group in ahead of me. I understand. The fries were slightly warm, not hot. Again possibly due to waiting around. The burger was warm to hot. I ordered the churros for dessert. The churros were hit, light, and crispy. Good. The atmosphere and vibe was comfortable and chill. Overall a good experience.
