Half of our German sausage link consisting of half beef and half pork with spices, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese added to it. A half sausage is cut into 2 pieces and weighs about a quarter pound.
Smoked Potato
A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy's Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.

About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Baby Back Ribs
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.
Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.
Turkey
Turkey Breast is rubbed with salad dressing, seasoned with a rosemary sage spice and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
1/2 Chicken
A 3 pound chicken, rubbed with salad dressing and seasoned with Rudy's Rub which is then smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served on the bone with each half cut into four pieces.

Was greeted enthusiastically upon entering! Haven't been to this location but have visited a Rudy's , loved it when we were stationed in TX. This def brought back good memories! The staff was helpful and nice. My ribs weren't good (very dry) but the brisket and potato salad was still on point. I didn't like the baked beans. They weren't sweet, I prefer mine sweet but the tea was sweet. The sissy sauce was sissy saucing lol. The bathroom was clean. They...

I and several of my friends had chosen to go to Rudy's as a get together, and they did NOT disappoint. We were pleasantly greeted at the door, and they allowed us to come in and take a table to enjoy each other's company and play some cards as we ate and drank.
I grabbed some coleslaw and a beer to start off with, but then we all decided to order right away. The cashier/servers were very polite, and let us sample a few things, as none of us had been to a sit...
