Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

This is a really solid spot that has everything you need for a great meal. I originally visited with my sights set on trying their prime rib and the Rudy’s beans (the non-BBQ style), but unfortunately, they didn't have either available during my visit.
Despite missing out on my first choices, the rest of the menu definitely held its own. I opted for the brisket and the green chile, and both were quite good. The brisket was flavorful, and the green chile added a nice, authentic local kick.
Overall, it's a dependable location with quality food, even if they run out of a few specialty items from time to time. I’ll definitely be back to try for the prime rib again!

So I went with my 10y son. We are staying at Tru Hilton. We ate inside then got to go order for rest of family. My 10y accidentally threw his drink away and I asked for another cup for him. Waitress thought I was l lying and wouldn't do it unless we paid for another drink. Stupid and annoying. So I got his cup out of trash so he could have a drink to go.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was spotless and they even made me breakfast even though I was a few minutes too late! This small gesture meant a lot, great job!

This location specifically left me very impressed! I walked in saying it had been a minute since I’ve been to a Rudy’s and they greeted as if I was a regular with so much joy! I felt so welcomed. To top it off it was delicious! From brisket sandwich to desert (I got the chocolate pudding)! It felt calm in there, peaceful and the BEST PART…. It was super clean! I don’t know about you, but I definitely feel better eating food from a place I know is clean. Shout to the main person who made this experience possible….Rudy, no wonder he’s the manager! Keep it up!

From all the amazing restaurants in El Paso, sadly we picked this one 😕 I ordered a brisket sandwich with “double meat” and all I got was a sad excuse for sandwich that cost $14.00. There was very little brisket in the sandwich, it was more bread than meat. I’ve ordered from Rudy’s before ( not this location) so I know how their “double meat” sandwiches are. When I called and spoke with manager Priscilla, she wanted me to drive all the way back to restaurant to have my meat weighed 😂 really??? This was a waste of money, we should have gone to Texas Roadhouse as it would have been about the same price and we would have gotten better food and better service. Lesson learned I guess 🫠

Everyone friendly the moment you walk into the place even when you leave. You are recognized, something some places lack. Food was Great,friendly attendees. Atmosphere was hapoy,enjoy going for dinner or lunch.

Nice brisket with a root beer. Had to use the sissy sauce the other was just a little to peppery. Cream corn was just a little to thick for this country boy, but tasty.

I love coming here. My sister and I had the brisket sandwiches and pork ribs , delicious 😋 😍. Our sides were potato salad and coleslaw, can't say enough of this establishment 👌👌👌👌. Atmosphere was excellent and the starlight were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Rudy's BBQ 😋 😋 ❤️ 😍.

I visited the drive-thru and asked the cashier if he knew what the burnt ends were, hoping for a quality check. His sarcastic response was my first warning. I was served two pounds of unrendered fat instead of properly smoked point. As someone who knows how a brisket should be rendered, this was a failure. It felt like I was being laughed at while paying for scrap. Won't be back to waste money on leftovers.
