Food is good a little pricey compared to other restaurants in the area. Customer service wasn't that great we felt rushed to leave.

we went for brunch. we arrived at 11:00 a.m. they ran out of food and weren't able to replenish the food trays. I have heard this has happened before. for a high end place this should not happen.

Had reservation, place was almost empty. We were first taken to table right as you enter, not good so asked for another which was right next to the cashier. Not good so then asked for table next to that which is where we were seated. Ordered drinks and a salad which came promptly. Before we were not half way through our salad the entre was brought to the table. Wouldn't it be nice to finish our salad before the entre was placed on the table so here we are with the entre getting cold as we finished our salad. The waitress was very attentive, and I realize the timing was not her fault. I hope this is constructive criticism well taken, as I like Sabor.

Had a reservation but had to wait for 30 minutes. Seated in a highly trafficked area with no ambiance for such a special occasion. Waitress was very pleasant. Food very bland and not consistent with pricing. In the future we will not be returning to Sabor.

Sabor at El Paso is a gem and a MUST-visit for anyone who enjoys flavorful Mexican cuisine. It does have a Mexican twist with a hipster vibe to it.
I ordered their signature enchiladas suizas (exquisite), chips with queso (delicious), and their sweet taco asada.
The attention to detail in the presentation and the warm, welcoming service made the experience truly memorable. The staff was attentive and ensured everything was perfect. They even let me in with my dog!!!! The flavors were bold, fresh, and uniquely satisfying.
I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for its exceptional customer service, flavors, and cozy atmosphere. Sabor en El Paso is a true culinary delight!
I hope we get to come back soon, cheers!
Parking: The hotel have a garage. It’s kinda difficult and annoying to pay for it. You essentially have to pay for half (~$15).

We love staying at this hotel and although the service has never been great at this restaurant, our brunch experience this time was unimpressive to say the least. The food you get for the price is exorbitant. Biscuits were cold and dry, food was bland, a lot of greasy food options. The prime rib and sausage links were good. I would not have been so disappointed had we gotten our bill and not seen a service charge of $16 and $16 for tip automatically added to our bill. This was for two people. Our server spent most of her time talking to people at another table and we had to ask 4 times for water refills with no apologies for having us wait so long. It’s almost as if she didn’t remember that she had said she’d refill our waters the last time she was at our table. Perhaps the bad service is due to servers knowing they will automatically get a good tip no matter their efforts. To have to tip someone $16 to pick up two dirty dishes and forget to refill waters for two people is not ok. My husband and I have always been big tippers but when you are forced to tip over 20% for busser (picking up dirty dishes) services it leaves you with a bad experience and not wanting to return. There are a lot of places around the area that serve far better breakfast for less price and better service.
For the location and hotel, it was whatever. No brunch menu and service was not that great, our utencils were dirty aswell as the tea cup had lipstick on it. Would not recommend

After the Nutcracker, my daughters and I went to eat El Sabor because of the convenience and beautiful hotel. I was very disappointed for the service was not what I expected! The waitress told my 13 year old daughter that they had ran out and no longer available the appetizer that we had ordered (still on the menu). She emphasized she had told my youngest daughter and my oldest and I looked at her in aww. Then the food took a very very long time. Waitress rarely was seen and while we were eating (finally), we saw 3 couples leaving with disatisfied faces. They were told "my apologies.." . The couple next to us just paid for their drinks and left! We almost left as well but wanted to give it a chance....very dissatisfied with the service.

Ordered the Huevos Rancheros with fried potatoes. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only reason for giving a rating of 4 was that they charge $5 for coffee. My guess is because they bring you a whole pot of coffee, not just a cup. I only drank a cup, so the pot was a waste and was not ordered to begin with, I only expected a single cup. Overall, it was good and will be returning next time I stay at the hotel.

Server was slow and distracted, had no idea ab the ingredients in the menu. The food was extremely salty, not to the point that can’t be eaten (I do enjoy salty) but too much tbh. Place is beautiful and we enjoy the time but wouldn’t eat here again.
