Went to enjoy a nice meal with my son after a day in the Texas heat... waited on by a nice young man who later was too busy to check on the two of us. Ordered filet, not cooked to temp. Potatoes, lumpy but cooked however pasty (glue) tasting and lacked seasoning. Asparagus, male and delicious. However other staff did get refill of beverages and condiments when requested (trying to make the potatoes better). Large bill, large disappointment... I had hoped for so much more.
We stay at the hotel every time we vacation and always dinnertime at the Sabor restaurant. I've had no complaints, but this time the service was slow; it took almost a few minutes for them to take our order.

Sabor at El Paso is a gem and a MUST-visit for anyone who enjoys flavorful Mexican cuisine. It does have a Mexican twist with a hipster vibe to it.
I ordered their signature enchiladas suizas (exquisite), chips with queso (delicious), and their sweet taco asada.
