I used to absolutely love Schlotzskys. But that last few times I went they have discontinued my favorite things. They took out the salt and vinegar chips AND Rasberry Lemonade. They do have really good sandwiches but just disappointed. i got a lemonade as a substitute for my raspberry lemonade and it was basically water.

Awesome place! I've ordered from here for delivery and gone in store. The employees and manager are absolutely awesome and so nice. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. You definitely get your money's worth. Honestly one of my favorite restaurants and if I could eat here everyday I completely would. I never feel guilty about it either. Even my young daughters that can be picky about deli meat love eating here and that makes my mom heart happy. Location is super clean and conveniently located next to yummy ice cream too. Highly recommend!

First time diner here. My daughter told me about it. We shared a medium original sandwich. Boy was it filled with meat! The sourdough bread was buttery and crispy. So delish and under $10! Next visit we want to get the roast beef and a turkey avocado. No frills just a great big sandwich.
Awesome experience. Staff was friendly, asked to draw a heart on my truck because it had many others from our nephews and nieces. Then the young lady saw our dog and asked if she eats people food. We said yes and she brought us some turkey. Our princess ate it all up wagging her tail. Our meal a medium original deluxe a bag of baked bbq potato chips and two pickle spears and a soft drink. The store was clean on the outside. They do delivery and drive through. Not sure about dining inside though.

I will say, I have always been very pleased with my experiences here as well as the quality of food. I know they must be very short-handed, because they have signs posted everywhere that they need help. I get that. BUT, I came in and placed a to-go order on my way home after work after having a blowout on one of my tires and having to go to the dealership and wait 2 hours for them to fix it. I ordered a medium Deluxe Original, which is what I ALWAYS order so I know exactly how it should look. However, the girl, very nice BTW, came out and said "Medium Original on Jalapeño Bread?" I knew that must be me because I was only 1 of 2 people in there. I honestly thought, "Oh, she just said the wrong thing". Well, she didn't. It was definitely just the original. I just wish that since I PAID for the Deluxe, that is what I got. Again, everyone was nice, and this was a one off, but money is money. I will still be back.

I would have given this restaurant a 5 if it didn't smell so bad inside. Please fix. Good note was that the food was awesome and the seating was available outside.

I don't know what has happened to this location but service has been terrible during the course of the last few months. Today was just the icing on the cake and I decided to write a review. It seems like they are always under staffed and untrained or lacking thorough training. Drive through took 25 minutes wait and when we finally made it to the window, the order was wrong and I was over charged, the window attendant seemed confused about my order. I'm at the window and now being asked to wait yet again for the order to be made right. A drive thru window is meant to be for quick service not for an order to take 30 minutes.
