What is happening to Schlotzsky’s?? Great sandwiches, but the Joe Battle location is going down fast! There is never ice in the ice machine, tables are dirty, workers in the back just hanging out and the place looks horrible! I do my part and bus my own table but today there were no trash cans!? At 8:00 the tea was removed as well as trash cans and there still were people eating. You all close at 9!! Sandwiches were not as bountiful as before!

always get order wrong or they argue with the customer about something. wish the other location at lee trevino was still open...they always got my order right and the customer always came first....
