Menudo is their speciality, I believe and it was a complete let down. The hominy to meat ratio was terrible. You’re eating mostly hominy and I can’t understand why. Hominy is one of the cheapest ingredients out there!! Service could be better. For some reason, employees don’t appear to be happy to be there and you feel it in their approach to service. You feel like you’re thankful they’re paying attention to you. This place has a lot issues to work out, I wish them luck

The food might be good, but the service is a total disaster. The staff act like they’re doing you a favor just by showing up, the cashier practically throws your order at you, and everyone looks like they hate their job — and you for being there

First time here. We were attracted because we believe it was a Cd. Juarez chain with good reputation. At first I thought it was pricy, but the food was delicious worth the price. First impression was not welcoming, every request seemed like a bother and last a male in the back kept yelling “get them out already” and as we where leaving another shout of “finally”. For first experience not happy but was very good respects to the cook.

Went in for takeout. Menudo was good. My order was not complete I got home missing a item. May sound petty but it’s annoying. The place was not busy at all. Called spoke to the manager Bertha she was very polite, receptive. I told her it’s too far to go back for a correction. I will be extra sure to check my orders before I leave the restaurant. I advise you do too

Called to make an order for 1 caldo, they said it would be ready in 20/30 min, got there an hour later and still had to wait 15 min. I guess they start your order when you get there but then why tell me it would be ready in 20 min. *Sigh* at least it’s good

Very expensive place, I ordered 2 menudos and the bowls came only with hominy, good flavor but I didn’t not receive “menudo”

Getting better stayed away a couple of years. Have been coming a bit more now. Dice your potatoes smaller they are huge inside burrito. Stop trying to fill it up with huge chunks it’s embarrassing. Taste is better. Service is meh. They expect a tip even if u order there on site and pickup from counter. It’s a bit ridiculous. Pay your employees more so they can be happier to be at work. And stop trying to make compromises in the food. Dice food at appropriate throat size please

Ate lunch here after a hike while visiting from out of town. Loved it! The burritos we got were not huge but were amazing, especially the tortillas which were so soft and fresh. The restaurant was bright and clean, and the staff friendly. I ordered online and when I went in to pick up my food, decided to snag a pumpkin empanada. That was a great decision. My daughter and I decided to take a pre-meal nibble and ended scarfing down the whole thing. Definitely will go back if in El Paso again.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars.

I ordered a "big" breakfast, and what they brought me were sad scrambled eggs, rubbery pancakes that had to have been from the microwave, and McDonald's serves hashbrowns that are 1 billion times tastier than what I was given.

Even after being charged for the coffee, I had to stand up and ask the cashier Bertha a few times for my coffee. From the get-go, she was incredibly rude.

To top it off, I was charged $30 for "breakfast" I wouldn't even give to a dog.

First and last time.
