I had purchased a 5kg bag of vegan protein from this company and unfortunately upon arrival the sticker with the expiry date was broken off. I contacted the director James Stark and explained that I would accept an exchange if the product had adequate shelf life. To my disappointment I exchanged the product only to receive a new bag with expiry of approximately 5 months. This would mean I would have to consume the the product everyday to even try and finish it within the date. Most manufacturers would provide a shelf life of at least 12 months. All communication to get a refund or replacement have been ignored by James Stark and the company. I am now having to try and chase my refund via my credit card company. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! PLEASE BE CAREFUL - UNETHICAL COMPANY AND FOUNDER WITH POOR MORALS

Dark chocolate is the best! Tommy‘s expert knowledge on the product was very comforting when choosing what to have.
