From the entering the restaurant there was no greeting from the staff which results in a unwelcome feeling. Food is great but the service and staff are very poor!!! Staff needs better customer service training, better positive attitude (feels that staff is in jail rather than at work), staff needs to have better communication to the customer (for example I ordered a shake once I paid the staff said nothing so I was standing at the register waiting and after a few minutes the staff...read full review
I used to like eating there !
But today the burgers were way overcooked/burnt
The bun was burnt the bacon also burnt ! The kids chicken strips were also way overcooked!
I will not go back again! Almost $40 wasted!
I love they have sweet potato fríes and the multiple options for Smashburgers. Delicious!
