I ordered the five piece chicken strip combo. The chicken seemed a little overcooked, the toast and onion rings were fine. The tots were good. For my drink, I ordered a large Diet Coke with no ice. What I got was some unknown soda that did not taste like it was Diet, and half a cup of ice.
Wish it was a better review but no. We did the drive-thru and was not impressed. We ordered 2 drinks and two sides, mozzarella sticks and chili cheese tots. They took a long time and then the order was missing. They handed it to us and walked away from window. There was not a lot of cars and workers were not that enthusiastic. Today I decided all I wanted was a regular chili cheese coney. It was GREAT as it always is!This location has always been consistent with customer service that goes above and beyond. So much so that, once upon a time, I received a meal free of charge from the manager for no other reason than a kind gesture of appreciation.Thank you for your service Sonic!
