Got home late the other night (I also work at a restaurant) decided to go to sonic. There one maybe two other cars in the stalls, so I go and press the button, wife and I sat there watching cars come in and out of the drive through while we got ignored for like 20-25 minutes. I yell over when the window opened, poor girl looked like she couldn't handle the situation so she said to just go through the drive through. It really wasn't that busy but we get to the window and you got one guy nose down in his phone, the one making the food just couldn't be bothered just absolutely not a care in the world, then the two at the window are the only ones putting in any effort at all. Took forever then my shake was melted by the time I got it. The food itself was good, it's consistent to what sonic makes but the place is poorly managed, probably treats their employees like trash while paying them minimum or just above minimum. Ended up eating at the stall then leaving. Atmosphere I gave a 1 star because all the homeless that are there when you're trying to eat.

The screens keep you on hold even though you've ordered, instead of displaying order and total. Terminal on screen doesn't work, card has to be taken inside because indoor terminal can't be brought out? Almost cash only. It's lame!Parking: Place is almost empty, and no surprise.

Never answer any of the stalls when I pick up for Uber Eats. I have had to cancel many orders. I do not even accept orders from them anymore.

I drove 24 hours back from Pennsylvania the day before and was one of the few places open. I asked for 2 frito burrito and repeatedly told the guy no cheese. I'm not sure how he got extra extra cheese out of saying none. Either the equipment needs replaced or needs to focus on just one task. I tried paying for the order 3 times and assumed that it took had to repay for the food. When I checked the burrito there was hardly anything in the shell
I love the chili cheese hot ? dogs and chil cheese tots. Their drinks are awesome.

First off I order a green Chile cheese burger no mustard with mayo and they put mustard wen i said no mustard!!! and my daughter got the popcorn chicken and fries. Her fries were cold and her popcorn chicken was as well ! No wonder my food came out so fast they messed up my order and none of it was hot !
Got the chicken wraps, way too much sauce, had soggy lettuce. Gross.
