Sonic Drive-In offers great food and kid-friendly staff, with ample parking and good wheelchair accessibility. Customers enjoy their goodies and food, and the drive-thru staff is usually very pleasant. Despite the busy atmosphere, issues such as mistakes in orders are often quickly resolved by the manager or staff, and a pleasant attitude from management makes visits more enjoyable. The restaurant sometimes experiences homeless people asking for money near the windows, and payment may require cash due to occasional terminal system unreliability. The manager, Dolly, is known for her helpfulness, often approaching customers to ensure they are satisfied and fixing any issues like spills on drinks before handing them out. Overall, the staff generally provides good service, though some customers have mentioned encountering rude behavior from certain employees.
