Today my friend gave me a piece of the Rosca from The Sorpresa Bakery that's on N Carolina and I loved it. It's the first Rosca I've had with cajeta in it and it's not dry. My sister bought one from Five Star Bakery that Rosca was dry plus it had no babies in it the ones that Bimbo sells, well those are super dry as well. From now on I'm buying the Rosca from Sorpresa. I highly recommend it.
Exactly what I was looking for - some genuine Pan -Dulce! A great selection of assorted sweets! Picked it up as it was just made fresh (still warm!). Defiantly come back next time I’m in town.
