I like this place but this is not the first time that I get my order wrong!!! I bought today two venti drinks one was the right drink yes, but My drink was not! I got a nasty Chai Latte under Genevieve M instead of my Mocha Latte. Why they bother to ask you your name and then after you confirm your name at the drive thru window you still get someone else’s drinks ?. I called, but I guess it was too late

I visited this location TWICE this morning! I have never been to a faster Starbucks ever!! Both times my orders were perfect and so delicious! My first order was ready in less than two minutes- literally..

Had us waiting for 10 min while they finish all of drive thru and inside orders, one said we will be with you, but never came ....we were the only ones waiting in line at the register....Then they proceeded to work on the next line of drive thru. I went up to one of the employees and asked if someone is going to take our order because we had been waiting for 10min. She asked me, "What's the name on the order." I told her, "We are waiting for someone to take our order." They need to have better time management and service. They finally did, but waited 5 more min for our order. We came in at 3:55 and leaving at 4:11pm...

Like many Starbucks this one was fairly recently renovated. It doesn’t leave much seating space inside (perhaps the goal). Today’s coffee was uncharacteristically bad. I like the drip coffee from Starbucks usually and like to order one, sip and work/read, order a refill and then leave. Both cups today were extra watery. Maybe someone new was measuring the grounds and didn’t add enough. I’ll be back to give them another try soon, but today was a disappointment.

The drive thru was very busy, so we parked in the overflow parking so it would be easier to get in and out. They had a constant flow of customers inside, online, and in the drive thru but they kept up and everyone seemed happy. Way to go, Starbucks!
