Terrible, service I ordered an ice coffee without sugar or sweetener, when I got my coffee it had sugar. You would think it would be no big deal to make an exchange on the spot, wrong!!! The Starbucks employee was rude and didn't want to make it right. So I said no big deal just give me another one and I will pay for it. She then proceeded to exchange the coffee and make it right but she decided to give the smaller size???? Why ???? I didn't pay for that but at this point I realized it wouldn't be worth it to continue dealing with people the lack customer service skills.And to make things worst they gave me the wrong coffee order the second time. They decided to add sugar just out of spite.

I though Starbucks was all about being ‘inclusive happy and FUUN’ but heck no! I told the cashier to put ‘Mr bombastic’ on my cup which he nicely did and chuckled but the batista wasn’t having a good day so she scribbled all over it and just screamed my drink type when it was ready, also gave me quite an evil look. Bad experience ?

Place was crowded, had a little bit of a wait. Located inside a strip mall, there is lots of shopping to see and do. Staff always makes me feel rushed no matter what location. Decided to drive thru since parking lot is highly congested surrounding Starbucks.Parking: This Starbucks is located on the expansive parking lot that houses multiple business's in a big strip mall. Hardest part is getting onto the lot considering there is multiple directional traffic to look out for. Starbucks is a sharp right into the lot making it harrowing occasionally when it's busy.

So nice came here with my cousin and there was a paying chain going on thru the drive thru so we just kept it going! Thank you to the lovely person for covering our bill in front of us! Pay it forward yall it makes a difference!!

A Starbucks inside of a Target? What could be better than that combination? I can't really think of anything else at the moment. For that reason alone, this Starbucks is great in my book! If you don't mind getting out of your car, it's a perfect alternative. Less people, less of a crowd! Ok one minor flaw...They open at 8 am whereas a regular Starbucks opens at 5 or 6 am. No biggie for me! Although the shop is a bit smaller, they have the same coffee drinks, sandwiches and desserts. They also offer drinks from their seasonal menus. Last time I was here, I ordered an iced caramel brulee latte from their seasonal menu. It wasn't bad! I typically like my coffee (and just about everything that's sweet!) with caramel. Like at most Starbucks locations, the customer service was great! The employees were friendly and helpful. I knew I wanted something from their seasonal menu. They recommended the perfect drink for me. I'm also a fan of their peppermint latte from their seasonal menu. Next time I come to Target or the nearest Starbucks, I'll order it. Try this Starbucks if you get a chance, you probably won't be disappointed.
