Thomas is the man… the only complaint I’ve ever had was my Pike Coffee being cold or cool because of the cream that’s added. Well for the first time ever , this young man, asked me and warmed the cream so my coffee stayed hot 🔥 the way it should be! He deserves a medal 🏅 for this! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Thank you Thomas! You deserve a high five 🙌 for this!
The true Starbucks experience. My family and I stopped in at this location recently. We've been to Starbucks all over the country and this was by far the best representation of the company we've encountered. The manager Matthew was one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered. All the baristas were polite and engaged. The store was very clean and our drinks were made to perfection. 5 star experience.
The girls in there take way too much time chatting it up in front of everybody waiting, especially today with this one girl named Jen? with copper hair, two buns? She was talking to every employee whilst working on one order.
