Apparently the shrimp isn't good according to all these reviews. I actually ordered it today since it immediately caught my eye. It was fine I guess. Not enough with what it came with. My only gripe is the guy who took my order. He didn't really seem like he wanted to be there. Couldn't hear him speak. Just wasn't welcoming overall.
Worst service to date for me. I ordered extra rice and got less rice ?. I had to break up their conversation in the back for them to serve me. I won't be eating there again!! F...

The fact the the refills are $1.30 on a fountain drink is ridiculous. The reason refills are common everywhere is because you pay $2-$3 for a good that has a very high profit margin compared to most products because drinks are cheap to make and refills have been offered everywhere for free as part of the reason you pay so much for a fountain beverage. Not here though, Hana Teriyaki decided to take that away and treat the consumer like an idiot. A shame because the food was good...read full review
