These locations are owned by the same owner. And apparently does not care how customers are treated or how these franchise businesses are ran. The Location on Shawn Haggerty and gateway North are the other 2 locations that have the same problems. They're either out of bread, they're out of meat or they're out of produce or they close during posted business hours and they don't care. I have reported all 3 franchises, to headquarters of Subway. Because even though they may be franchised, they still have to report to corporate. They are not doing a good job upholding the Subway brand and they are pissing a lot of customers off. When you franchise a business, you go into it. Knowing that you have to uphold the brand name and produce a quality product. And you are not doing that whoever the owner is of these 3 franchise subways on the northeast.

Ordered online and nothing ready when I got there, asked why it wasn’t ready, they said that the bread I ordered was not available. I waited all this time and they emailed me to pick up at certain time to only be surprised that it was not done. Asked them why didn’t get a call, they said the company phone is not in service. I still had to wait for others to get their order before I received mine. Subway has changed, I’m a customer that buys often, but the service fails me every time. Subway (corporate) please take control of this, customer service is being obsolete at your locationsHope y’all the best in the future but you have lost me from being a future contributor to your success.Abel Herrera if y’all want to email me or Answer back.

The employee, a female, decides to close the store early for no reason after we placed an order for pickup online at 7:40pm. She has no explanation but just that she’s closed. It shows the store closes at 9 pm not 8 pm. Subway if your stores employees continue closing the stores whenever they feel like not working and giving horrible service, you will be the next franchise to go bankrupt.

Terrible Place. They literally make up their own hours on a day by day basis. Go in one day they are open at 8, next day 9, next day 9:30. Manager that is there does not care. Does nothing to fix it.

We stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches at 6:45 PM. The restaurant closes at seven. The young lady immediately informed us that she could not toast any bread because the restaurant would be closing in 15 minutes. I asked for a steak and cheese and was then told she could not sell me that because they wouldn’t sell cold steak and wouldn’t toast it because they were closing in 15 minutes. Ridiculous. If you are open for business then all items should be available. I walked out without a sandwich. There are many other subways so I certainly will not be back to this one.

This Subway is located in the gas station. They ignored me so I just left.

Every time I go it takes at least half an hour to get my food. This evening I waited for 15 minutes in the driveway before my order was even taken. The car in front of me just took off without ordering as well. Then my order took another 10 minutes to get to me. And no napkins in the bag.
