Ordered online and nothing ready when I got there, asked why it wasn’t ready, they said that the bread I ordered was not available. I waited all this time and they emailed me to pick up at certain time to only be surprised that it was not done. Asked them why didn’t get a call, they said the company phone is not in service. The employee, a female, decides to close the store early for no reason after we placed an order for pickup online at 7:40pm. She has no explanation but just that she’s closed. It shows the store closes at 9 pm not 8 pm. Subway if your stores employees continue closing the stores whenever they feel like not working and giving horrible service, you will be the next franchise to go bankrupt.

The Location on Shawn Haggerty and gateway North are the other 2 locations that have the same problems.
