Dropped the loaf on the FLOOR then put it back on the counter and proceeded to make the sandwich, then left it and let it get cold while taking another order (didn’t finish my order) overall service was below okay.

Completely messed up my online order. All the veggies were backwards. I called the store and spoke to Rudy the manager. He said I have to take the sandwiches back to Subway so they can remake them. I am busy and have a family. I can’t be driving back-and-forth. This was a waste of time. All you all had to do was give me some new sandwiches on another day and you did absolutely nothing. Don’t go to this location. Horrible customer service never going back.

Horrible experience in the drive thru. Ordered the meatball marinara sub. The sandwich was made very sloppy and the meatball were still frozen. The new generation in the food industry are very lazy and do not want to work properly. Last time I come here!

Went and ordered the meatball marinara and they made my food with speed and Excellency. The staff are very nice to customers and welcoming they are also very helpful when you can't decide what you want. Overall best experience at a subway I've had in a long time.

Can't go wrong with a sub from subway, but the technicians fixing sandwiches should at the least change their gloves. Don't be in front of customers touching everything and then fixing their food. Better sanitization is needed!!
