This place was super clean and well kept, food was great, Chloe and Anthony are the kindest, most patient and respectful workers Ive encountered at any establishment. Very enjoyable experience

Based on the reviews, this Subway has workers who are always sweet and attentive, with outstanding customer service. The atmosphere and energy are amazing, and the store is welcoming. The store manager, Rick, is very nice, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Another staff member, Ricky Trevino, is very positive with an amazing attitude, always respectful to staff and customers. Rudy and Destiny are also amazing; Rudy helped a customer remember their order, and Destiny made a great sandwich. However, every single time someone orders online, the order gets messed up, even when the receipt is correct. The Subway team supported the Montwood Girls Basketball Team with a delicious sub sandwich for Senior Week. One couple had the best experience they have ever had at any Subway, and a customer who had complications with an online order said the store went all out and beyond.
