T-Coasters is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for healthy food options without compromising on flavor. The coffee is absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had in a while! Their food is fresh, tasty, and clearly made with care. I was also really impressed with their customer service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend checking this place out!

For brunch, I love the cauliflower soup alongside a flavorful chipotle chicken sandwich. As for breakfast, I enjoy starting the day with the water of the day and a cup of coffee with a hints of cinnamon. I usually get the turkey bacon, or avocado toast with my eggs over medium. The green salsa gives it that extra kick!

Kid-friendliness: Very small restaurant with limited seating. Hard to fit strollers if you need to take one in.

The food is very healthy and delicious. It is a little bit more pricy than your typical fast food, but the portions are big, made with fresh ingredients, and you get to support a local business. For food, I recommend the Chicken Pesto Sandwich and the Shrimp with Cucumber salad. For drinks, I love the antioxidant smoothie because it is a perfect mixture of berries with a little sweet banana flavor. The service is also very fast for take out even during busy hours.
